Minimum Opening Deposit: $100.00
Balance Requirements: $3.00 monthly service fee if the average daily balance falls below $250.00.
Transaction Limitations: You may only make 6 withdrawals from you account each statement cycle by draft, debit card, pre-authorized transfer, telephone transfer, or similar order to third parties.
Fees & Charges: If you have exceeded the federal regulation imposed limit of 6 debits per monthly statement cycle period, we may refuse to honor additional transactions. We will impose a fee for each debit that exceeds these limits. Please refer to the Schedule of Fees for our current fee for exceeding these limits. If you continue to exceed these limits after we have notified you of any such violation, we will, in our sole discretion, convert you account to another type of account that is not subject to these transaction limits, or close your account and mail you a check for the balance.
ATM cards: You are allowed 5 free ATM/POS transactions per cycle at non-proprietary terminals and free transactions at proprietary terminals for personal checking/savings accounts offered. We charge $1.00 for each ATM/POS transaction and/or $.50 for each inquiry for personal checking/savings account transactions in excess of the 5 free per cycle transacted at non-proprietary terminals..
Interest Features: Your interest rate and Annual Percentage Yield may change from time to time. No interest will be earned if balance falls below $100.00. Interest is compounded daily, paid monthly and begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non cash items (e.g., checks). If you close the account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest. We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.
Additional Disclosure: We reserve the right to at any time require not less than seven days notice in writing before any withdrawal from an interest bearing account. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account at any time.
